These terms govern your use of Big Bite Orlando (the "site"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Accounts

Some features — favoriting venues, submitting corrections or suggestions, and managing a food truck's schedule — require signing in. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for anything that happens under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Community content

This site relies on the community to help keep venue and food truck information accurate. If you submit a suggestion, correction, or food truck schedule:

• You confirm it's accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You agree it will be reviewed by us before it affects anything visible to other users — nothing you submit goes live automatically.
• We may edit, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion, including content that's inaccurate, promotional in a way that doesn't fit the site, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Negative reviews, ratings, or complaints about a business are not accepted anywhere on this site — Big Bite Orlando is a discovery and recommendation platform, not a review site.

Food truck listings

Food truck schedules are entered and maintained by the truck operators themselves. We do our best to keep this information current — including automatically hiding stops that haven't been reconfirmed — but we can't guarantee a listed stop is accurate at the moment you arrive. Always treat a listing as a starting point, not a promise.

Purchases and memberships

BigBite Pass and Trail purchases are final unless otherwise stated at checkout. Perks, trail stops, and membership benefits are subject to change or discontinuation, and individual venues may modify or end their participation at any time. Purchases are processed securely by Stripe; we don't store your payment card details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information about a business, creator, or food truck
• Attempt to abuse, flood, or manipulate the community submission or reporting systems
• Use the site to harvest data, scrape content at scale, or interfere with its normal operation
• Impersonate a business, creator, or another person

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." We work to keep listings, hours, schedules, and availability accurate, but venues, creators, and food trucks change without notice, and we can't guarantee everything shown is current or error-free. Always confirm directly with a business for anything time-sensitive.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Bite Orlando isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including reliance on venue, event, or food truck information found here.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. We'll update the effective date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
